By using Waniso, creating an account, or accessing the app, website, or API, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Waniso on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Account and Security
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by a security failure on our side.
- We may require additional verification for sensitive actions such as password reset or account deletion.

- Do not present outputs as human-reviewed or professionally guaranteed unless you have reviewed them yourself.
Your Inputs, Files, and Outputs
You keep your rights in content you enter or upload to Waniso. You give us the permission needed to process that content, run tools, create outputs, store them, and display them to you inside the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload files or data, and for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them outside Waniso.
AI Output
Waniso outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review, especially for changing or specialized topics. We work to improve quality with verification, context, and memory, but we do not guarantee every response, file, or analysis will fit every purpose.
Third-Party Services
Waniso may rely on external providers for models, search, email, notifications, hosting, or task execution. Those services may have additional terms or policies when used as part of your requests.
Availability and Changes
We try to keep Waniso available and stable, but outages, maintenance, or changes may occur. We may change features, limits, interfaces, or these Terms when needed, and the latest update date will appear on this page.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or users, or if required by law. You can request account deletion at any time from the Delete Account page.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions you make based on outputs you did not review. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
